The FD Executive team is led by Justin Grace BSc (Hons) FCMA CGMA.
Having started his graduate career as an Assistant Accountant, Justin was promoted into his first FD role at the age of 27 following 3 years of post-qualification experience.
With his employer later being acquired by a Norwegian PLC he moved within the group to a struggling production operation based in northern Italy where he stayed for over 3 years. He turned around the performance and won the group production company of the year award.
On his return to the UK, he joined the subsidiary of a large US manufacturing business as FD. He took over as Managing Director 3 years later and ultimately running a significant P&L across a northern European area comprising a number of individual countries.
He now uses his skills to help SME clients deliver their desired outcomes.
