We build long term relationships with our clients, because we only work with finance directors who have the gravitas, charisma and experience to make a daily difference to our clients.
We look for the following
- A career working within different size businesses and different sectors
- An understanding of what is required to be a world class Finance Director
- At least 10 years senior board level experience
- Qualified from one of the UK’s 4 major chartered accounting institutes, or an overseas accounting institute with an affiliation
- An existing portfolio career, already helping SME’s to flourish and develop – although this is not a pre-requisite
